Keep Telling Of Gaza:

*******

This book cries out for attention. Its poetry tells of humanity stripped bare and vulnerable, of anger and distress and of a people resilient enough to tell the story and not be silenced.  Humankind it is said cannot stand too much reality but here Alison Phipps and Khawla Badwan set out a demanding common task for the reader:   keep loving, watching, looking, seeing and telling.  Read on through the horror and the heartbreak and don’t avert your gaze. Read on, let the tears flow, for there is healing beauty and enabling grace in this poetry.
