Sídhe Press is a one-woman press based in Berlin, which is run by Annick Yerem. It is completely self-funded, we receive no grants or membership fees. This means that for now we are running on a pay-what-you-can basis. If you have no money to spare, please submit anyway and if you can afford to pay a little, please do. You can support us here: https://ko-fi.com/annickyerem. You can also support us by buying Annick`s book.
Sídhe aspires to be a safe space. This means that we will not tolerate any writer who is racist, misogynistic, homophobic or transphobic or discriminates against anyone in any way. We know what it takes to trust someone with your work and aim to provide a gentle, honest and caring environment. We will try to let you know as soon as possible whether your work has been accepted or not.
The plan is to publish mainly anthologies and now and then a feature writer. We work with KDP publishing.
Sídhe Press is inspired by Black Bough Poetry and will work on a similar basis.
Our first anthology and our first chapbook with British poet Sarah Connor are out now.
Submissions are closed right now.
